too dark to be true

was asked the most ridiculous thing a few days back.

person: "are u a black girl?"
joanne: "do i look black to u?!"
person: "you got the face of an American black girl.. so i thought u were black"

sobs. i cant believe i'm so dark that even A BLACK GUY from America thinks i'm black. i mean i'm not saying that its back or anything.. i can seriously choose to take it as a compliment.. BUT. it really goes to show how dark and tan i have become..=(

i want to be fairer!!!!
